ASP implements the theory “Single Point of Entry” allowing all the information needed for the Aviation Credentialing Process to be collected and maintained in one central location within your current infrastructure.

ASP Process:

1. The Wizard walks the staff through each section of the application performing validations on the information as it is entered.
2. The information needed for the CHRC is then retrieved by the Live Scam system from ASP. Fingerprints are rolled and they are sent to the designated clearing house for vetting.
3. ASP automatically monitors the “clearing house” website for STA and CHRC results. That information is then updated by the system into ASP. When both vetting processes are successful an email notification is sent to the Sponsor for scheduling the necessary training.
4. ASP’s integrated Class Scheduling Module manages your classroom or CBT (Computer Based Training).
5. ASP provides an interface module to enroll the scheduled applicants into the CBT automatically upon schedule confirmation, then also retrieve the class results and update that information into ASP.
6. ASP is now ready to capture the photo and verify the biometric information before activating and printing the badge.
7. Once the biometric information has been verified the appropriate security information is sent to the existing PACS to activate access control.
